They rang me twice - the first time to say the supplier didn’t have something in stock, the second to say the supplier managed to get the component so it would arrive earlier. So they rang for both good and bad things. This is very good service. Very good experience. Also the rebounder is fantastic - so much better then the cheap (but expensive) Reebok rebounder.

A place like that would need an ordering system that worked very well. They have made a good choice. They couldn't afford to not have an effective system for online ordering.
