C.H.E.K Institute-trained Professional Renewal Program Applications are due every 2-years, from 1st October of an even year to September 30th of the following even year, (i.e. 1st October 2006 to 30th September 2008.)
Every student is required to complete the renewal process. Please note that you are not automatically renewed after completing a Certification Program.
Benefits include having your completed Certification(s) recognized by the C.H.E.K Institute, access to the CHEK Forum, and your details listed on the C.H.E.K Institute Website Registry advertising yourself as a C.H.E K Institute-trained Professional.
To keep these benefits, please submit your Renewal Application, to the C.H.E.K Institute Education Department, by 30th September 2008. Fees apply for renewing after this date.

N.B. If you took your first CHEK course after the 1st March 2008, you are not due for Renewal till 2010.
How do I renew?
Just follow these 5 easy steps!
1. Earn 50 Professional Development Credits every 2 years.
2. Obtain current CPR certification.
3. Obtain current Liability insurance. (NZ: We recommend REPs, AUS: We recommend Gary Brilley Insurance Brokers, ph 07 3286 9955)
4. Complete and sign the C.H.E.K Institute Renewal Form (which is located on the following
page) and include payment information.
5. Submit the C.H.E.K Institute Renewal Form by 30th September of an even year.
