Blood Pressure Cuff with Extension

A professional aneroid sphygmomanometer, complete with gauge, inflation system and a zippered carrying case. This is used as a biofeedback mechanism for abdominal training and specific cervical conditioning. It is equally useful for determining blood pressure!

The extension is necessary to properly use for Core Conditioning exercises. Refer to Scientific Core Conditioning for specific uses.

CHEK Head Caliper with Book

The caliper is a patented tool was invented and developed by Paul Chek to accurately measure the forward head posture, cranio-cervical protraction and retraction. Ideal for quantitative assessment, used extensively in the biomechanical assessment techniques taught in the C.H.E.K. corrective exercise program

Posture Inclinometer/Goniometer with manual

This patented tool was invented and developed by Paul Chek to accurately measure first rib inclination, pelvic tilt and general goniometry. First rib angle is important when diagnosing or preparing programs for such conditions as forward head posture, thoracic outlet syndrome, scalenus syndrome, tension headache, interscapular pain syndromes, shoulder pain syndromes and cervical syndromes. In addition it can be used for anthropometric measurements. Ideal for quantitative assessment, used extensively in the biomechanical assessment techniques taught in the C.H.E.K. Corrective Exercise Program.

Compass Inclinometer Single

This measures lumbar and thoracic curvatures and can be used to measure lumbar flexion and extension. The compass has a magnetic and gravity needle
