This is a prerequisite for C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 1.
You will get three cutting edge videos on Swiss Ball Training techniques, plus a comprehensive manual. As an athlete, athletic trainer and/or strength coach you will learn how and why Swiss Ball training works to include balance, equilibrium and tilting reactions.
Extensive explanations on stretching techniques and beginner to advanced level exercises for the upper and lower back, abdominals, shoulder girdle, gluteals and hip musculature, and lower limbs as well as sizing the Swiss Ball for optimum training are included.
The exercises cover the entire spectrum of intensity and complexity from the novice exerciser to those appropriate for elite athletes.
Precautions for orthopaedic conditions are well explained.
